OSB Group appoints BDM for the South

OSB Group has promoted Joe Baxter to customer-facing business development manager, covering the South Coast to South Wales, including Southampton, Bristol, Bath and Cardiff.

Joe, who has been with the Group since 2019, will support brokers and their clients with financial solutions from Precise Mortgages and Kent Reliance for Intermediaries.

He progresses into this position from his former role as an office-based BDM, covering OSB Group’s largest patch (North East England, Scotland, Devon and Cornwall).

Prior to that, Joe spent 18 months in OSB Group’s broker liaison team.

James Forth, head of sales at Precise Mortgages and Kent Reliance for Intermediaries, commented: “I’m delighted that Joe has joined our field-based BDM team. The expertise he brings from his role as one of our office-based BDMs, combined with his can-do attitude, will be a huge asset to the team and the brokers they support.
